Hook-up fee + mileage

Every job starts with a hook-up / call-out fee that covers a set initial distance. Beyond that, mileage is charged at £3.50 per mile, calculated as a round trip from our base to your pick-up location, then to the delivery point.

Free quote before you commit

We give you a clear, fixed quote on the spot — before you engage us for any work. No surprises, no hidden extras. If you'd prefer an estimate in advance, call our office line and we'll work it out with you.

No card surcharge

We accept all major credit and debit cards. There is no surcharge for paying by card — all we charge is the agreed fee for the service. Simple as that.

Up to 2 passengers in the cab

You don't have to wait by the roadside. When your vehicle is loaded, up to 2 passengers can travel in the cab of our recovery truck to your chosen destination.

Price depends on location & service

The total cost reflects where your vehicle is, the distance to be towed and the type of service required — roadside fix, standard tow, impound collection or motorway recovery. The guide prices above cover all scenarios.

Available 24/7 — no out-of-hours premium

Our guide prices apply around the clock, 365 days a year. We do not charge a premium simply because it is night time, a weekend or a bank holiday.

Pricing terms

Please read these terms before accepting any quote.

  • All prices above are plus mileage @ £3.50 per mile. Mileage is calculated round trip (from our recovery base to your vehicle's pick-up location to the delivery location).

  • Waiting time charges may apply after the first 30 minutes @ £50.00 per hour.

  • Prices may vary depending on the location and condition of the vehicle.

  • Wheel damage / stuck wheel incurs an additional £50.00 per wheel where dollies and skates are required.

  • By accepting a quote given by us, you are deemed to have fully accepted our terms and conditions.

  • We accept all major credit cards — with no surcharge.

Generally the cost starts with a hook-up / call-out fee that covers a certain distance. The total can differ depending on the location of your vehicle, the distance to be towed and the type of service required. We provide a free quote on the spot before you engage us for any towing service.

Is there a surcharge for credit card payments?

No. We do not charge any surcharge fees — all we charge your card for is the fee quoted for the towing / roadside assistance service provided.

Can I travel in the truck while my car is being towed?

Yes, we provide transport for up to 2 passengers in the cab of the truck.
